Hey there, Communitea,
Khayden here, bringing you a little snippet of my day and some exciting updates from our Sax ‘n’ Sip world! Today, I woke up with the remnants of last night’s brainstorming session still buzzing in my head. I was up until the wee hours, exploring new horizons for our beloved Sax ‘n’ Sip, diving deep into thoughts of how we can grow and connect more as a community.
Undeterred by my lack of sleep, and the cold November breeze that almost pushed me back into my sheets, I managed to get up and get ready for what the day had in store. A quick glance at the clock, and I was out the door, rushing to meet the amazing folks at the University of Delaware Botanical Gardens, who were kind enough to meet with me to discuss potential collaborations. Despite the brisk air and my slight tardiness, our conversation flowed like a well-brewed cup of tea—full of warmth and possibility.
Returning home, I was eager to share the news: the meeting was a success! We’re on track to creating more synergetic events that bridge our love for tea, music, and community. To keep the good vibes flowing, I brewed a cup of loose leaf tea I picked up from the Newark Co-op a few weeks back. It was honestly the perfect pick-me-up for this bustling day and gave me the energy to type this out.
And now, for some really big news: SnS Tea Co. is officially an LLC! That’s right, Sax 'n' Sip has taken a major step forward. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes us, and I’m beyond grateful to have each of you by my side.
